2. Collection of Information
a) Submission.COMPANY collects PII in order to enhance the Service for Users. We maycollect your name, email address, billing information, mobile telephonenumber and other information reasonably requested from time to time. Youvoluntarily submit information to COMPANY when you (1) register for theService (via web, WAP, SMS or otherwise), (2) access or view ourcontent without registering for the Service, (3) participate inactivities like sweepstakes, contests, games, surveys and forums inconnection with content, or (4) suggest (via emails, chats, bulletinboards, etc.) how we can improve the Service.
b) Third Party Sources. We may collect PII from reputable third parties and sources including, without limitation, public databases.
c) Non-Personally Identifiable Information.When your computer contacts our web servers (for example, when youvisit the Site, or view an HTML e-mail), our web servers automaticallycollect Site usage information. Site usage information isnon-identifying information that describes how our visitors use andnavigate our Site. It can include the number and frequency of visitorsto each web page and the length of their stays, browser type, referrerdata that identifies the web page visited prior and subsequent tovisiting our Site, and IP addresses (see below for more information onIP addresses). We also may determine the applicable technology availablein order to serve you the most appropriate version of a web page,e-mail or similar service. This information is used to analyze andimprove the Site.
OurService uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided byGoogle, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are textfiles placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how usersuse the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use ofthe website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to andstored by Google on servers in the United States . e) Use of Web Beacons. Our web pages or e-mailmessages may contain a small graphic image called a web beacon, which issometimes also called a "clear gif", that allows us to monitor andcollect certain limited information about our Users, such as the type ofbrowser requesting the web beacon, the IP address of the computer thatthe web beacon is sent to and the time the web beacon was viewed. Webbeacons can be very small or invisible to the user, but, in general, anyelectronic image viewed as part of a web page or e-mail, including HTMLbased content, can act as a web beacon. We may use web beacons to countvisitors to Site or to monitor how our users navigate the Site, and wemay include web beacons in e-mail messages in order to count how manymessages we sent were actually opened or acted upon. We may also use webbeacons to compile aggregate statistics about the Service and ourmarketing campaigns.

f) Site Visitors. Wemay collect certain information about Site visitors for sitemaintenance, optimization, security and other legally permissiblepurposes. An IP address is a number that is assigned toyour computer or network when you are linked to the Internet. When yourequest pages from our Site, our servers log your IP address. We may useIP address for a number of purposes, such as system administration, toreport aggregate information to our business partners or to audit theuse of the Site. We may associate your IP address with the PII youprovide.
g) Manual. We may collect PII from consumers in manual format or off-line, such as a post card or subscription form.
Special Notice Regarding Children Under 13 Years of Age
COMPANYrespects the privacy of children of all ages. COMPANY particularlyrecognizes the sensitivity of personal information concerning childrenunder the age of 13 and therefore provides this special notice toparents and guardians regarding the collection and use of informationcollected from children in this age group.
The Service is notdirected toward young children. If you are over the age of 13 but underthe age of 18, you should use the Service only with the involvement of aparent or guardian and should not submit any PII to COMPANY. If wediscover that a person under the age of 13 has provided COMPANY withPII, COMPANY will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete suchperson’s PII from its system.
